Our special salumi are sliced using a traditional deli slicer, just like deli counter. We choose the same premium salumi as those for our delicatessen customers and we arrange the slices by hand with care.
For our top-end products, we hand over to our master cutters, whose expert hands slice the salumi by knife. By using a traditional holder to keep the ham steady, each slice is cut carefully. Every bite is a small masterpiece.
